Panel fit and signal compatibility
The E5CC-CQ3D5M-005: Panel-mount temperature/process controller in a 45 mm square cutout. Accepts RTD and 10 thermocouple types (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W) as well as 0–20 mA or 0–10 VDC process signals, so this one part covers most sensor types on a line. Three relay outputs handle on/off or alarm duty; the analog output feeds a valve or SCR, and the voltage pulse drives an external SSR. PID or simple on/off control, all from a 24 VAC/DC supply that matches standard panel buses. IP66-rated front bezel — dust-tight and hose-down resistant. Mounts in a panel cutout 45 mm square, screw terminals behind. Event input is present for selection or trigger override.
