The Omron E5CC-CX0AUM-000 is an active-production temperature and process controller covering a wide input range from -200°C up to 2300°C, accepting RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W. It also accepts 0–20 mA or 0–10 VDC process signals, making it flexible for cold-chain applications where ammonia or CO₂ systems use 4-20mA transmitters. The analog output drives a modulating valve or SCR power controller for precise heating or cooling. Control method is selectable between On/Off and PID, with an LCD dual-color backlit display visible in dim freezer aisles.

Rated IP66 against dust and water jets, the controller mounts directly into a square 45mm panel cutout. The octal 11-pin base plugs into a standard socket, so a line-down swap takes seconds without rewiring.
