Panel-mount controller with analog output for direct actuator control
The Omron E5CC-CX0DUM-000 is an active-production process/temperature controller accepting RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC linear inputs. Its analog output drives modulating valves, SCRs, or signal converters directly. Supply is 24 VAC/DC, drawn through an 11-pin octal base. The dual-color LCD shows two four-digit rows (0.600" and 0.280" character heights) for process value and setpoint. Rated IP66 (dust-tight, water-resistant) from the front, this controller can be panel-mounted in washdown or dusty areas without a separate enclosure. Operating temperature covers -10°C to 55°C.
Input range is -200°C to 2300°C for thermocouples, 0 to 20 mA, and 0 to 10 VDC. Analog output connects to actuators; confirm scaling with setup procedure. On/Off or PID control methods are selectable via front-panel or software. For PID tuning, the autotune routine works against typical thermal loads; manual tuning is available for unusual response times. Panel cutout is 45.00 mm x 45.00 mm square.
