What sets it apart from the E5CC-CX3A5M-004
The E5CC-CX3D5M-007: If your BOM originally specified the E5CC-CX3A5M-004, note the two key differences: power supply and communications. The CX3A5M-004 runs on 100–240VAC and includes RS-485 (CompoWay/F, Modbus). The CX3D5M-007 runs on 24VAC/DC and does not have built-in communications — the only serial port is absent. The physical footprint, cutout (45mm square), terminal layout, and output configuration are identical. A panel wired for the 100–240V version will need the power input changed to 24V; if RS-485 was used on the previous controller, that function is lost unless a separate communications adapter is added. For a pure analog setup without a network, the CX3D5M-007 is a direct mechanical swap.
