Relay and SSR outputs for dual-load control
The E5CC-QQ3A5M-001 carries three relay outputs and two voltage (external SSR) outputs — a combination that lets one controller drive both a contactor for a heater bank and a solid-state relay for a second zone without an interposing module. The heater fault detection feature monitors current draw on the load side and flags an alarm if the heater element opens or the SSR fails short — a common failure mode that otherwise runs a process cold until the next product inspection.
Wide input range and panel fit
Input range spans -200°C to 2300°C across thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W plus RTD, and also accepts 0-20 mA or 0-10 VDC process signals — so the same part number covers both temperature loops and linear transducer inputs. The 45.00 mm square panel cutout fits the standard 1/16 DIN footprint; the IP66-rated front bezel seals against washdown splashes in food or chemical processing environments. Screw-terminal termination on the rear means no special crimp tooling for field wiring — a factor when the controller is swapped in a live panel during a line changeover.
