Control and input versatility
The Omron E5CC-QQ3D5M-000 is a panel-mount temperature and process controller that accepts RTD, thermocouple types B/E/J/K/L/N/PLII/R/S/T/U/W, plus 0–20 mA or 0–10 VDC input. It operates on a 24 VAC/DC control bus, making it the go-to version for low-voltage panels. Three relay outputs and two voltage outputs for external SSRs handle both on/off and proportional (PID) control schemes. The dual-color LCD shows a four-digit process value and setpoint side by side. The 45 mm square cutout matches the E5CC family standard, so if you’re swapping out another E5CC variant, the physical fit is identical. The IP66 front face survives washdowns and dusty environments — a common requirement in food or chemical plants.
