Panel fit and output wiring
The E5CC-QX1AUM-000: 45×45 mm cutout, octal 11-pin base – no screw terminals on this variant. Relay output drives a contactor or alarm; the voltage output fires an external SSR directly, so you skip an interposing relay stage. Supply 100–240 VAC straight to the base. Accepts RTD, thermocouple types B/E/J/K/L/N/PLII/R/S/T/U/W, plus 0–20 mA or 0–10 VDC process inputs. IP66 front keeps washdowns off the display.
How it compares to the screw-terminal E5CC peers
The E5CC-CX3A5M-004 also uses screw terminals, adds RS-485 and event input, and swaps the second output for analog (4–20 mA / 0–10 V) instead of the SSR-drive voltage. If your BOM demands an analog retransmission output, that peer serves it; this one does not.
Sourcing posture
This controller is a current-production E5CC variant. Specified into a BOM line, we quote to the factory schedule – no last-time-buy timeline, no surplus-channel risk.
