The E5CC-QX3A5M-005: Three relay outputs handle on/off or alarm functions; a dedicated voltage output drives an external SSR for time-proportioning loads. Supply voltage is 100-240VAC, with screw terminals and an IP66-rated front bezel for washdown environments.
The IP66 front panel rating means the bezel withstands hose-down in food or chemical plants, provided the rear enclosure is NEMA 4X or better. Venting or conduit entries must be sealed independently.
Mechanically yes — same 45mm square cutout, same screw-terminal layout for power and sensor input. However, the CX unit uses an analog output on terminals that are wired differently on the QX (which has relay and SSR drive outputs). Rewiring the output section is required.
