Supply and output configuration
The Omron E5CC-QX3D5M-000 runs on a 24VAC/DC supply, so it fits panels where a separate control transformer or DC bus is already present — no need to bring 100-240 VAC just for the controller. The output deck carries three relay outputs plus a voltage pulse for driving an external SSR, giving you both contact closure for alarm or event logic and a solid-state drive for the heating element.
Universal input and panel fit
The input stage accepts RTD, thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0-20 mA and 0-10 VDC process signals — one controller covers temperature and linear process loops without a separate signal conditioner. The panel cutout is a standard 45.00 mm square, and the front bezel carries an IP66 seal, so it survives wash-down splashes in food or packaging lines as long as the gasket is seated.
