The Omron E5CC-RW2DUM-000 is a 1/16 DIN panel-mount process and temperature controller accepting RTD, 13 thermocouple types (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), and linear 0–20 mA or 0–10 VDC signals — covering everything from cryogenic to 2300 °C processes. Three relay outputs handle On/Off or PID control with auto-tune, driving contactors, solenoids, or alarm loads directly without an external SSR for basic applications. Supply is 24 VAC/DC — a single universal rail that matches most panel power buses, simplifying the BOM for systems already running 24 V.
IP66 front face, standard 45 mm cutout
The front panel carries an IP66 rating — dust-tight and protected against hose-directed water — making it suitable for food, beverage, and chemical washdown zones where a standard IP54 controller would fail. Panel cutout is a square 45.00 mm x 45.00 mm, the standard 1/16 DIN opening; the controller slides into the same cutout as any E5CC-family unit, so a panel layout doesn't need rework when swapping between supply-voltage variants. Termination is via an 11-pin octal socket — the controller plugs in and unplugs without disturbing field wiring, which cuts replacement time on a line-down event to seconds.
