Universal input, three relay outputs, 24 V supply
The Omron E5CC-RW2DUM-800 is a 1/16 DIN process and temperature controller that accepts RTD, eleven thermocouple types (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), 0–20 mA, and 0–10 VDC inputs — so it covers nearly any sensor you'd find on a process line without swapping hardware. Three relay outputs give you independent control, alarm, or retransmission channels — enough for a heating/cooling pair plus a high or low alarm on a single unit. It runs on 24 VAC or 24 VDC, which simplifies panel wiring when a 24 V control transformer or DC supply is already in the cabinet.
The controller mounts in a standard 45 mm × 45 mm square panel cutout and seals to IP66 on the front face — dust-tight and protected against hose-down, so it's suited for food, beverage, or washdown environments where the panel front gets sprayed. Termination is via an 11-pin octal socket (plug-in base) — the controller slides onto a pre-wired base, so a swap takes seconds without touching the field wiring. The base is not included in the bulk package; order it separately if your panel doesn't already have one. The dual-color LCD shows two rows of four characters each — 0.600" (15.20 mm) for the main PV and 0.280" (7.10 mm) for the SV or parameter — readable from across a machine cell.
