Three relay outputs and universal input
The Omron E5CC-RX2ABM-000 is a panel-mount process and temperature controller built for the E5CC series. It accepts RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0-20 mA and 0-10 VDC analog signals, covering the range from -200°C up to 2300°C. Three relay outputs give you independent control loops or alarm channels — common for driving contactors or solid-state relays in multi-stage heating or cooling setups.
PID control and IP66 front panel
Control method switches between on/off and proportional (PID) — the PID autotune handles most thermal loads without manual gain tweaking. The dual-color LCD shows 4 characters per row, with the top row at 0.600" (15.20 mm) and the bottom at 0.280" (7.10 mm), so process value and setpoint are readable from a few feet away. The IP66 front panel rating means the controller face resists washdown spray and dust ingress — a solid fit for food, beverage, or wastewater panels where a hose-down is part of the shift. Panel cutout is a standard 45.00 mm square, and the 100-240 VAC supply works on most plant voltages without a separate transformer. Spring terminal termination speeds wiring — strip the wire, push it in, no screw tightening.
