This Omron E5CC-RX2ABM-800 is a 1/16 DIN temperature and process controller that accepts RTD, thermocouple (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), 0-20 mA, and 0-10 VDC inputs — covers most sensor types on a rotating-equipment route without a signal conditioner. The front panel is rated IP66, meaning it stands up to washdown hoses and airborne dust common on food, chemical, and heavy-industrial lines — the seal keeps moisture out of the display and the spring terminals. Three relay outputs (heat, cool, alarm, or staged PID) give you enough control legs for a fan-coil, heater band, or chiller valve without adding an external relay bank.
Power, wiring, and panel fit
Runs on 100-240 VAC line power — no separate 24 VDC supply needed, which saves a rail slot in the panel. Spring terminals on the back: strip, push, done.
