Universal input, three relay outputs
The Omron E5CC-RX2ASM-801 is a panel-mount digital temperature controller that accepts RTD, thermocouple (Types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), 0-20 mA, and 0-10 VDC inputs — covering the common sensor types found on packaging, plastics, and thermal process lines. Three relay outputs handle the control loop (On/Off or PID), alarm, or event functions. The 100-240 VAC supply is standard for panel power in most industrial cabinets.
Heater fault detection and IP66 front
Built-in heater fault detection monitors the load current via an external CT — useful for injection molding, sealing bars, or any resistive heating element where a broken heater means a scrap part or a line stop. The IP66-rated front panel withstands washdown splashes and dust ingress, so it can be mounted on a machine panel in a food or packaging environment without a separate enclosure door. Panel cutout is 45.00 mm square — the standard 1/16 DIN footprint — and the dual-color LCD shows 4 digits per row with 0.600" and 0.280" character heights, readable from a few meters away.
