Sensor matching and control loop
This controller accepts RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W — covers nearly every industrial temperature sensor in a single unit. The input range spans -200°C to 2300°C plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC, so it also handles pressure or level transmitters on the same PID loop. Four relay outputs switch heaters, contactors, or solenoid valves directly — no interposing relay needed for typical 2 A loads. The control method supports On/Off or full PID, which lets the commissioning engineer tune the loop during startup without swapping hardware.
Panel fit and washdown rating
The 45.00 mm x 45.00 mm square cutout is the standard 1/16 DIN footprint — drops into existing panel punches without adapter plates. The IP66 front rating means the display and keypad survive hose-down cleaning in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical lines. Dual-color LCD backlight with 0.600" and 0.280" character heights shows process value and setpoint simultaneously — the operator sees deviation at a glance across the plant floor.
