Four relay outputs on a 24V rail
The E5CC-RX3D5M-5800U gives you four relay outputs for direct switching of heaters, contactors, solenoid valves, or alarms — no external SSR needed for the control loop if the load is within relay contact ratings. Supply voltage is 24VAC/DC, so it runs off a common panel power supply without worrying about AC vs DC polarity; the same rail that powers your PLC I/O can feed this controller.
Universal input, washdown front
The input handles RTD, thermocouple types B/E/J/K/L/N/PLII/R/S/T/U/W, plus 0-20mA and 0-10VDC — one part covers most process signals from -200°C to 2300°C, so you don't need a separate controller for each sensor type. IP66 rating on the front panel means the controller face survives hose-down cleaning — check the seal when you tighten the panel nut; the gasket is the wet-end barrier, not the plastic bezel.
