Universal input, three-output control loop
The E5CC-TCX3D5M-006 accepts RTD, thermocouple types B/E/J/K/L/N/PLII/R/S/T/U/W, and process signals (0-20mA, 0-10VDC) — one unit covers most temperature and analog process loops without a signal conditioner. Outputs are three relays plus one analog output, so you can drive a heater SSR, an alarm, and a cooling valve from a single controller while the analog channel sends the retransmitted PV or loop current to a PLC or recorder.
IP66 front and 24V universal supply
The front panel is rated IP66 — dust-tight and protected against hose-directed water, so this controller mounts directly into a washdown zone on a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical line without a separate enclosure door. Supply voltage is 24VAC/DC, which means you can run it off a common 24VDC panel supply or an AC control transformer — no need to dedicate a separate AC tap for the controller. Panel cutout is the standard 1/16 DIN square at 45mm x 45mm, and termination is via screw terminals — no special tooling needed for field wiring.
