Output complement — three relays plus two SSR drives
The E5CC-TQQ3D5M-006: The controller carries three relay outputs and two voltage-pulse outputs for external SSRs — that is five discrete control channels on a single 1/16 DIN face. The relay outputs handle direct switching of contactors, solenoid valves, or alarm circuits up to the relay rating; the SSR-drive outputs fire solid-state relays for zero-cross switching of heater loads, extending relay life by keeping the mechanical contacts out of the high-cycle path.
Sensor input flexibility and the IP66 front
The universal input accepts RTD, thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC analog signals — one part number covers the sensor mix on a multi-zone machine. The IP66-rated front panel means the controller survives washdown in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical lines — the seal protects the display and screw terminals from hose-directed water, not just splash.
Panel cutout and supply voltage — retrofit fit
The 45.00 mm x 45.00 mm square panel cutout is the standard 1/16 DIN footprint — it drops into any existing panel punch without rework. The 24 VAC/DC supply voltage is common across global control panels; it runs off the same 24 VDC bus that powers PLCs and I/O, eliminating a separate control transformer.
