The E5CC-TQX3D5M-006 accepts RTD, thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC process signals — one controller covers most temperature and analog loops in a panel. Three relay outputs handle on/off or PID-driven loads like contactors or solenoid valves, while the voltage output drives an external SSR for faster cycling on heater loads. The dual-color LCD backlight changes color on alarm or event status — a quick visual cue on the panel face without reading the display characters.
Panel fit: standard 45 mm square cutout, IP66 front
The panel cutout is a standard 45.00 mm x 45.00 mm square — drops into existing holes without adapter plates or panel rework. IP66 front-panel rating means the controller survives washdown in food, beverage, or chemical environments — the seal is at the bezel, not the housing threads. Screw-terminal connections and a 24 VAC/DC supply rail simplify wiring in a mixed-voltage cabinet; no separate power supply module needed if 24 V is already on the bus.
