The E5CC-TRX3A5M-003: This is the T-variant of the E5CC family, built specifically for applications where heater fault detection is required. It accepts RTD, thermocouple (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), and linear inputs (0–20 mA, 0–10 VDC) over a range of -200°C to 2300°C. The control method is On/Off or PID, and it communicates over RS-485 via CompoWay/F or Modbus. Supplied from 100–240 VAC, it packs four relay outputs – enough for a heater contactor drive, alarm, and a secondary loop. The IP66 front panel and 45x45 mm square cutout mean it drops into the same panel hole as the standard E5CC controller.
