DIN-Rail Temperature/Process Controller
The Omron E5DC-CX2DSM-000 is a DIN-rail-mounted process/temperature controller accepting RTD, thermocouples (Types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), 0–20mA, and 0–10VDC inputs over a −200°C to 2300°C span plus the analog ranges. Two relay outputs and one analog output provide dual control or alarm capability, with PID or on/off control selectable per application. Supplied by 24VAC/DC, this controller fits control panels wired for a common low-voltage bus. The dual-color LCD displays process value and setpoint across two rows of four characters each, with backlight for readability.
DIN-Rail Installation & Termination
Mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail per the spec. Termination uses screw terminals, compatible with solid or stranded wire. The IP20 rated housing is intended for use inside an enclosure; the operating temperature range of −10°C to 55°C covers typical panel environments. The dual-color LCD provides two display lines: 8.50mm height for process value and 8.00mm for setpoint or second parameter.
