DIN-Rail Temperature & Process Controller – Omron E5DC-QX2DSM-000
The E5DC-QX2DSM-000 is a DIN-rail mounted process and temperature controller from Omron's E5DC series. It handles RTD and twelve thermocouple types (B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W) as well as 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC analog inputs, covering a wide range of industrial sensing needs. On the output side, two relays and a voltage output for an external SSR give you flexibility to drive heaters, contactors, or solid-state switches. Control methods include On/Off and proportional (PID) – enough for most temperature loops in packaging, plastics, or HVAC applications. The dual-color LCD backlit display shows 4 characters per row (8.50 mm and 8.00 mm), making setpoint and process value readable at a glance.
Mounting & Supply – 24VAC/DC, Screw Terminals, IP20
Runs on 24 VAC/DC single supply; DIN-rail mount and screw terminals simplify wiring. Rated IP20 for clean, dry cabinets and -10°C to 55°C operating range.
