The Omron E5EC-CQ4D5M-000 is a panel-mount process and temperature controller in the E5EC series, supporting RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC process inputs. Control is PID or On/Off, fed from a 24 VAC/DC supply. Outputs include four relay contacts, one analog signal, and a voltage output for an external SSR — enough to drive a heater, valve, or alarm string. The display is a backlit LCD with tri‑color characters; character heights are 0.710", 0.433", and 0.307" for three rows of four digits each. Rated IP66 from the front — dust tight and water resistant, so it holds up in a washdown panel environment.
