What this controller covers
The Omron E5EC-PR2ASM-800 is a 1/16 DIN process and temperature controller that accepts RTD, thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0-20 mA and 0-10 VDC linear inputs — so it covers nearly any sensor you'd hang on an oven, kiln, or process bath without swapping modules. Four relay outputs give you independent alarm, event, and control channels; the dual-color LCD shows process value and setpoint side by side with 18 mm and 11 mm character heights, readable from across a panel aisle. The IP66-rated front bezel handles washdown splashes and dust — common on food, pharma, and water treatment panels — and the screw-terminal rear mates to standard 14 AWG field wiring without special tools.
Panel fit and supply
Panel cutout is 92.00 mm × 45.00 mm, the standard 1/16 DIN footprint. It runs on 100-240 VAC, so it drops into a panel with an existing control transformer without adding a separate 24 VDC supply.
