Six-relay output for multi-stage control
The Omron E5EC-PR4D5M-000 is a panel-mount process and temperature controller that accepts RTD and thermocouple inputs (Types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W) plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC analog signals. Six relay outputs let it drive multiple loads — heaters, cooling fans, alarms — without an external I/O expander.
PID with universal analog input
Control method is On/Off or proportional (PID), covering simple to demanding loops. The input range spans -200°C to 2300°C for thermocouples, plus the 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC analog scales — so it handles both temperature and linear process signals like pressure or flow from a single unit. The tri-color LCD backlight shows three rows of four characters each, with the top row characters 18.00 mm tall for readability across a panel. IP66 rating on the front face means it withstands washdown in food or chemical plants without a separate cover.

The 24 VAC/DC supply input means it fits panels with a common control transformer. Screw terminals simplify field wiring for maintenance swaps.
