Universal input, mixed output bank
The Omron E5EC-QQ4D5M-010 is a panel-mount process and temperature controller that accepts RTD, thermocouple (Types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W), and analog signals (0–20 mA, 0–10 VDC) across a span from -200°C to 2300°C. That input flexibility means one part number covers most sensor types on a machine — no need to stock separate TC and RTD controllers. The output stage gives you four relay outputs plus two voltage-pulse outputs for external SSRs. That mix lets the controller drive contactors or solenoid valves directly on the relays while the voltage outputs handle the fast switching for a solid-state heater contactor — no add-on interface relays needed for the SSR path.
24 V supply, IP66 front, 92×45 mm cutout
Runs on 24 VAC or 24 VDC — common control voltage in industrial panels, so it shares the same bus as PLCs and sensors without a separate transformer tap. The front panel carries an IP66 rating, meaning it withstands hose-down and dust ingress when mounted in a washdown zone or dusty enclosure — the seal is at the panel face, not the housing body. Panel cutout is 92.00 mm × 45.00 mm. Screw-terminal rear connection is accessible without removing the controller from the panel.
Active production, sourced per RFQ
The controller includes event input and heater fault detection as standard features — the event input can switch between two setpoint profiles, and the heater current monitor detects a broken heater element or SSR short without an external CT module.
