What the output mix means for your panel
The E5EC-QQ4D5M-011 carries four relay outputs and two voltage outputs for driving external SSRs — a hybrid arrangement that lets you switch contactors or alarms directly from the relays while the SSR channels handle fast-cycling loads like heater banks without wearing out mechanical contacts. Supply is 24 VAC/DC, so it fits panels that already run a 24 V control bus. The front panel carries an IP66 rating — dust-tight and water-resistant, meaning it survives washdown splashes in food or beverage lines as long as the panel gasket is intact.
Input flexibility — one part for many sensor types
This controller accepts RTD, thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus 0–20 mA and 0–10 VDC analog signals — covering the range from -200 °C up to 2300 °C depending on the sensor. That means a single BOM line covers both temperature loops and linear process inputs (pressure, level, flow) without stocking separate controller variants. The three-row LCD shows four characters per row with tri-color backlighting — the largest digits are 18 mm high, readable from across a machine cell.
