100-240 VAC universal input controller with dual output flexibility
The E5EC-QR2ADM-808 runs on a 100-240 VAC supply, covering most industrial panel voltages without a separate power module — one less part to stock for 120 V or 230 V lines. Universal input (type M) accepts thermocouple, RTD, or analog signals, so the same controller handles a thermocouple in one zone and a 4-20 mA pressure transmitter in the next without a hardware swap. Control output 1 is a voltage pulse for driving an SSR; control output 2 is a relay. This lets one loop feed a high-cycle SSR for the heating element while the relay handles an alarm or valve — no extra module needed. Two auxiliary outputs give additional alarm or event signalling without tying up the main control outputs — useful for over-temperature or heater-break alerts.
Screw terminals and panel fit
Screw terminals (type S) mean the wiring crew lands stranded wire with a standard screwdriver — no special crimp tool or ferrule press required on the line.
Typical lead time runs 1-10 working days, making it a practical choice for both project builds and MRO spares when the line is down.
