What the outputs actually drive
Two output types on one controller: a relay bank (5 outputs) for on/off or alarm duties, plus a voltage pulse output to fire an external SSR. The relay side handles contactors, solenoid valves, or indicator loads; the SSR output gives you zero-cross switching for resistive heaters without relay contact wear. The input side accepts thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, W, plus RTD and linear signals (0–20 mA, 0–10 VDC) covering a span from -200 °C to 2300 °C. That range brackets everything from cryogenic storage to furnace exhaust.
Panel fit and environmental seal
Panel-mount form factor with a rectangular cutout of 92.00 mm x 45.00 mm — the standard 1/4 DIN footprint. The front face carries an IP66 rating, meaning it withstands hose-down and dust ingress in washdown zones or outdoor cabinets. RS-485 on board — no extra comm module

Heater fault detection — what it catches
