Where the relay count matters
The E5EC-RR4A5M-011: Compared to the E5EC-QX4A5M-009 (four relays + two voltage-pulse outputs for external SSRs), this -RR variant saves you from adding SSR racks if your loads are all relay-switchable — motor starters, contactor coils, indicator lamps. But the -QX also carries RS-485 (Modbus/CompoWay/F), so if you need serial communication to a PLC or SCADA, the -RR does not have it; you trade the comms port for two extra relay outputs on the terminals. The E5EC-QR4D5M-010 has five relays plus one voltage output and runs on 24 VAC/DC, so if your panel uses 24 V control power, that sibling is the direct fit — this one needs 100–240 VAC.
