The E5EC-RX2ABM-800: The E5EC-CX4D5M-005 is a sibling in the same E5EC family, sharing the same form factor, input range, and IP66 rating, but it runs on 24 VAC/DC and has an analog output plus four relays, whereas this unit is line-voltage powered (100-240 VAC) and outputs only relays. The CX4D5M-005 also includes an event input and uses screw terminals instead of the spring terminals you see here. If your panel is wired for 24 V and you need analog retransmission or a second control loop, the CX4D5M-005 is the variant; this one is for main-line relay-only duty at line power. They are not drop-in interchangeable without changing the power supply and wiring terminations.
Panel-mounting to a 92 mm x 45 mm rectangular cutout, secured with the provided clips. IP66 front bezel and spring-cage terminals — strip length and tool-less insertion make for fast wire termination. Avoid exerting excessive pull on the terminals during wiring. The IP66 seal holds up in washdown environments, but the rear of the unit is not sealed; mount with proper panel glanding.
