Built-in features for the application
Blanking and muting functions are built into this model. Muting temporarily suspends the safety output during a non-hazardous part of the cycle, such as when a workpiece passes through the curtain on a conveyor. Both features are configured through the controller, not hard-wired, which saves panel space and reduces wiring compared to external bypass modules.
