Omron F3SG-4SRB0720-25 Light Curtain, Hand Protection 25mm

The Omron F3SG-4SRB0720-25 is a type 4 safety light curtain from the F3SG-SR series, built for hand protection with a 25 mm detection capability and 720 mm protective height. It runs on 24 VDC and covers an operating range from 0.3 m out to 20.0 m, with a 20 mm beam pitch across 36 beams. That 25 mm detection means it catches fingers and hands reaching into the hazard zone — finger-protection class per IEC 61496 isn't quite there, but this is squarely hand-protection territory for access guarding. IP65/IP67/IP67G rating means the sensor body and optics stand up to washdown environments — dust-tight, waterproof, oil-resistant. Good for food-and-bev lines or anywhere the curtain gets hosed off. The G variant adds oil resistance, so machining coolant won't fog the lenses. Built-in blanking and muting functions let you define fixed or floating blind zones and bypass the curtain during material feed cycles. That's not a feature every safety light curtain carries out of the box — saves wiring an external muting module.
