Its 79 beams cover the full height, and the operating range spans 0.3 m to 10.0 m, giving flexibility for both tight machine guarding and longer access zones. The 24 VDC supply is standard for safety circuits, and the IP65/IP67/IP67G rating handles washdown and oily environments without a secondary enclosure.
The 14 mm detection capability is the key spec for finger protection — it catches a 14 mm-diameter object anywhere in the field, which is the threshold for preventing hand injury per IEC 61496. The 800 mm protective height means the curtain covers an 800 mm vertical zone; pair it with a second unit if the opening is taller.
