Mount the emitter and receiver on opposite sides of the hazard opening, aligned so the 29 beams cover the full height. The 0.2 m minimum range means the two units must be at least 200 mm apart — you cannot use this curtain for very short gaps. The IP65 rating means the housings are dust-tight and protected against water jets, so they can be mounted in washdown zones without an additional enclosure. Operating temperature range of -10°C to 55°C covers most indoor industrial environments, but if the line runs near a hot process, verify the ambient stays below 55°C.
