What this light curtain does on the line
Protective height is 1425mm, built from 70 beams at a 20mm pitch. That covers a vertical zone roughly 1.4 meters tall — sized for a single-station access point or a small machine opening. The operating range spans 0.2m to 7.0m between emitter and receiver, so it works on compact cells and longer conveyor in-feed sections alike.
Deployment context — where IP65 and 24VDC matter
Rated IP65 (dust-tight, water-resistant), so the sensor housings tolerate washdown spray and airborne particulates on packaging, bottling, or machining lines. No IP67G or IP69K rating here — this is not rated for high-pressure hot-water sanitation cycles; keep it out of direct hose-down zones. Built-in blanking and muting functions let you program fixed obstructions (brackets, machine frames) out of the detection zone and temporarily suppress the curtain during material pass-through — both are configured at commissioning, not hardwired. That saves a separate muting module on the safety relay.
