With 102 beams spaced at 20 mm pitch, it creates a detection plane 2065 mm tall, covering a full-height entry point on a press, robot cell, or assembly station. Operating range runs from 0.2 m to 7.0 m, so it works across a typical machine guard opening — close enough for a compact cell, far enough for a conveyor aisle. Built-in blanking and muting

Both are programmable features that save having to add external bypass modules.
Temperature and environmental limits
That covers most indoor factory floors and conditioned warehouses. Below freezing, the emitter and receiver optics may need anti-condensation measures; above 55°C, derate the operating range per the thermal curve in the manual.
