Overview
The FQ2-S15010F is an Omron FQ2-S1 series imaging camera with a 0.4MP (752x480) color CMOS sensor and integrated white LED lighting, sealed to IP67 for washdown environments. It operates on 24 VDC via a circular connector and is chassis-mounted; install distance is 38.0mm to 57.0mm with a field of view from 4.7° to 8.2°.
Selection and comparison
Compared to the FQ2-S40010F-08, which offers 0.8MP (928x828) resolution and a wider 11.6° max FOV but is limited to 0°C to 40°C, the FQ2-S15010F runs at 0°C to 50°C and is the choice for higher-temperature environments where lower resolution is acceptable. The FQ2-S25010F shares the same optics and temperature range; the base MPN differs (FQ2-S25010 vs FQ2-S15010).
