Coil voltage and what it drives
The Omron G2R-2-SN DC110 is a power relay with a 110 VDC coil — this is the control voltage that must be present across the coil terminals to switch the contacts. In a 110 VDC control loop, this relay pulls in cleanly without a dropping resistor or series diode; the coil is designed for that rail voltage directly.
