MOSFET relay for low-power switching
The G3VM-101MT(TR01) is a 1NO MOSFET relay from Omron's G3VM series, rated for 100 V load voltage and 550 mA load current. That 550 mA continuous rating means it handles small solenoids, signal-level loads, or pilot-duty switching without the wear of a mechanical relay — the MOSFET output has no moving contacts to pit or weld.
Control and drive compatibility
The control voltage range is 2.2 V min to 2.8 V max — a narrow window that matches standard 2.5 V or 3.3 V logic outputs from a microcontroller or PLC digital output. If your drive signal sits below 2.2 V or above 2.8 V, the relay may not turn on reliably or could exceed the input LED's forward current limit; check the signal level against this band before committing the BOM line. Termination is solder terminal in an SMD package (5 mm long, 3.7 mm wide, 2.7 mm tall). The footprint is compact enough for dense PCB layouts, but the 2.7 mm height means it clears most low-profile enclosures — verify clearance against your assembly stack-up.
