The Omron G9SA-TH301 AC/DC24 is a safety relay module for emergency-stop and two-hand control circuits, accepting either 24 VAC/DC or 100–240 VAC on the same input terminals. Its 3PST-NO main contacts and one SPST-NC auxiliary contact each switch 5 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC, with a fixed response time of 10 ms.
The 20 screw terminals accept 0.2–2.5 mm² wire; strip length is 8 mm for reliable spring-cage contact. Finger-safe IP20 housing protects against accidental contact during commissioning.
Input and timing
Two input channels monitor the safety device (e-stop or two-hand controller). The adjustable delay time can be set from 0.01 s upward, allowing staggered restart sequences. Power consumption is 5.7 VA on 24 V supply and 9 VA on the 100–240 V range.
Listed as current production. Designed to EN ISO13849-1, EN60204-1, and EN954-1 for safety-related control systems. Electrical durability is rated at 100,000 operations; mechanical durability at 5,000,000 cycles.
