Safety interlock controller for Category 3 PLd circuits
The Omron G9SX-NSA222-T03-RC DC24 is a safety interlock controller from the G9SX series, rated for Category 3 PLd per ISO 13849-1. It runs on a 24VDC supply and provides four solid-state safety outputs alongside two solid-state auxiliary outputs, with two digital inputs for monitoring guard or e-stop contacts. A built-in delay timer adjustable from 0 to 3 seconds allows staggered shutdown sequences, and the Logical AND I/O feature lets multiple units cascade for zone-based safety architectures without an external PLC.
