Cycle counter for the molding cell edge
The GRT1-CP1-L is a SmartSlice counter module wearing one digital input and two solid-state outputs on a 24 VDC screw-terminal block. Designed to count press cycles or part-in-place signals from a molding cell, then fire outputs to a downstream reject gate, conveyor segment, or station light. One input from the press stroke, two outputs to score separate actions—scrap diverter and good-part tally, for example. Mounts on DIN rail alongside other SmartSlice I/O in a CJ/CS/NJ rack. Discontinued now, but available from surplus and broker channels.
