Star-delta timing from 0.5 s to 120 s
The H3CR-G8L AC100-120 sits in Omron's H3CR-G series of plug-in timing relays and runs as a star-delta controller with a settable delay from 0.5 Sec to 120 Sec, hand-dial adjusted on the front face, which is the parameter that decides whether it fits a motor transition window on the starter cubicle. Timing initiates on input voltage rather than a separate trigger terminal, so the start command and the timing run are wired to the same supply feed in the typical star-delta starter layout.
Output contact and coil supply
The output is a single SPST-NO (1 Form A) mechanical relay rated 5 A at 250 VAC — that figure sets the ceiling for the contactor coil it can drive directly, and any starter coil above 5 A at 250 VAC needs an interposing relay between the timer and the contactor. Coil supply is 100–120 VAC on an 8-pin octal plug-in base, which is the standard footprint on retrofit starter panels: an existing 11-pin timer drops out and the H3CR-G8L seats into the same octal socket pattern.

Omron lists the part as active in a mature lifecycle phase, so production is ongoing and the swap path is a like-for-like octal-base replacement on the existing socket — no panel rework, no rewiring beyond what the wiring diagram already shows.
