Set the off-delay window the way the panel wants
The H3CR-H8RL AC/DC24 S sits in the Omron H3CR-H series of electronic timers, configured here as an off-delay block that holds its output through a programmed drop-out interval once the initiate signal clears. Timing is dialed by hand across 0.05 Sec ~ 12 Sec, which covers the common staging delays used between a sensor release and a downstream contactor or valve — short enough for sequencing, long enough for mechanical settling.
Contacts, coil, and the octal footprint
Switching is handled by a mechanical relay in an SPDT (1 Form C) arrangement, rated 5 A @ 250 VAC — the figure that decides whether the timer can directly drive a contactor coil, a small motor, or has to drop a pilot relay into the circuit. Power and timing initiate both come from the supply input at 24VAC/DC, with the unit plugging into an 8-pin octal socket — so a panel retrofit swaps in without disturbing the wiring harness.
