Contacts and timing range
Contact rating of 3 A at 250 VAC covers the usual control-level loads — relay coils, small solenoids, indicator banks, and the inputs to a downstream PLC — not power switching; that ceiling is what bounds the timer's placement in the panel. Timing initiation is input-voltage, so the 24 VDC rail that powers the coil also acts as the start signal — no separate trigger terminal to wire. The 0.5–10 s hand-dial adjustment is the only user setting on the device; the dial sets the field delay and nothing else.
