The J7KN18D10110 is a 3-pole contactor from the J7KN series, with 3 normally open (3NO) main contacts and a 1NO auxiliary contact built in. The 110 V AC coil pulls in the armature to switch motor loads up to 18 A AC (7.5 kW) or 2.5 A DC, with a maximum switching voltage of 690 V AC or 220 V DC. The 10 HP rating at 460 V AC gives a quick sizing check for standard three-phase induction motors in that range.
Mounting and termination
Mounts on DIN rail or directly with screws (two options in the same footprint). Screw terminals accept stranded or solid wire; strip length and torque follow the panel-builder's standard practice for this frame size. The 1NO auxiliary contact is wired separately from the main poles — useful for a seal-in circuit or status feedback to a PLC input.
