The Omron K3HB-HTA 100-240VAC is a panel-mount temperature indicator from the K3HB-H series. It accepts both RTD and thermocouple sensor inputs and displays temperature across a span from -200°C to 2300°C. That range covers everything from cryogenic chillers to furnace exhausts — one meter for the whole plant temperature loop. The dual-color LCD backlit display shows two rows of five characters each, with the main reading at 0.560" (14.20 mm) and a secondary line at 0.192" (4.90 mm). That lets you see process value and setpoint or alarm status at the same time without toggling screens.
Where it goes and what it survives
Mounts into a standard 92 mm × 45 mm rectangular panel cutout with screw terminals on the back. The front panel carries an IP66 rating — dust-tight and protected against hose-directed water. That means it can sit on a washdown station or a mixing vessel front panel without a separate enclosure. Power it with 100 to 240 VAC — standard plant voltage, no step-down transformer needed for most industrial panels.
