What this meter is and what it reads
The Omron K3HB-SSD 24VACVDC is a panel-mount process meter from the K3HB-S series, accepting 0 to 20 mA or ±10 VDC analog inputs and displaying them on a dual-color LCD backlit display. It runs on a universal 24 VAC/DC supply, so one part number covers both AC and DC control voltage panels without a separate power supply variant.
Panel fit and environmental sealing
It mounts into a rectangular panel cutout of 92.00 mm × 45.00 mm — the standard 1/8 DIN footprint — and secures via screw terminals on the rear. The front face carries an IP66 rating, meaning it withstands hose-down and dust ingress, so it is suitable for installation on a panel face in a washdown area or a humid control cabinet.
Display and expandability
The LCD shows two rows of five characters each; the main display uses 14.20 mm tall digits for readability at a distance, while the sub-display uses 4.90 mm characters for secondary values or units.
