Panel fit and display readout
The Omron K3HB-XAA 100-240VAC is a panel-mount process meter from the K3HB-X series, accepting a 0-10A input and powered by a 100-240VAC supply. The LCD dual-color backlit display shows two rows of five characters each — the main readout at 14.20 mm height and a secondary line at 4.90 mm — letting you monitor process value and a scaled engineering unit or setpoint simultaneously. The IP66-rated front panel (dust-tight and protected against hose-directed water) means this meter can be mounted into a washdown-rated enclosure door without needing a separate cover. The rectangular panel cutout of 92.00 mm x 45.00 mm is a standard 1/8 DIN footprint, so it drops into existing punch patterns without rework.
The meter accepts optional plug-in cards (sold separately) for output types such as relay, transistor, analog retransmission, or communications. This modularity means the base unit stays the same across different panel specs; you only swap the option card to match the control signal requirement.
Termination and environment
Screw-terminal connections on the rear panel accept stranded or solid wire — no special crimp tool needed for field wiring.
